Crystal Ballroom on the Lake Wedding | Stacy & Ryan

Stacy and Ryan first met at the start of the pandemic in April 2020 on Hinge. They originally tied the knot on St. Patrick’s Day on March 17th, 2022 at the Butterfly Place in Tyngsboro, Massachusetts. Stacy came home from work, changed out of her scrubs into her dress, and got married! They traveled from afar to celebrate their wedding with their Florida friends and family at the Crystal Ballroom on the Lake in Altamonte Springs on July 15th, 2023.

Their wedding at Crystal Ballroom on the Lake was nothing short of special and if I could describe their wedding in one word, it would be “together”, not just a union of two individuals, but a merging of two families. One special moment in particular to symbolize this was their family dance, where Stacy and Ryan danced with their children. They danced to Buy Dirt by Jordan Travis, and as Stacy told me, it symbolized the merging of their families with beauty, stability, and lots of love. They would sing to Buy Dirt during their car rides when they first started dating.

Stacy really wanted to focus on having plenty of time to sing and dance during her reception, so I assisted her in creating a perfect wedding day timeline so she could do just that! The entire afternoon was a karaoke concert! Ryan at one point sang his heart out to Peaches by Jack Black, and that was the cherry on top.
